  • For themed symposia, the chair submits the symposium abstract. Each individual contribution should be submitted separately via this form. Individual contributions specify the symposium title in the field provided for this purpose.

Information on Pre-Conference Workshops: Pre-conference workshops can be more in-depth than workshops in the main conference program, lasting up to one full day. Accepted pre-conference workshops will be included in the conference registration to estimate participant numbers. Please provide the workshop title and a description of objectives, proposed format, intended duration, and specific requirements or equipment needs, if any.

  • The chair submits the symposium abstract and lists all symposium participants as co-authors.

  • A themed symposium may include 4 to 5 individual contributions.
